How to check if a plumber is licensed in Victoria?

It's a simple process to check if a tradesperson is licensed to operate in the State of Victoria. Visit the Victorian Building Authority website at www.vba.vic.gov.au and select Find a Practitioner from the main menu. Alternatively you can go directly to the Find a Practitioner page. On this page select Find a Plumber where you have the option to enter the Practitioner ID (also known as the Plumber's licence number) or enter the Plumber's name, followed by clicking the search button.
